At IT Midwest we offer service 24 hours a day 365 days a year. We have a 4 hour response time in the event of an emergency and next business day service on all other repair issues. We know that when your phones are down you are out of business!
We service most major brands of business communications including Comdial, Inter-Tel, Bizfon and many others.
Our customer service team will provide expert support for telecommunication problem isolation and resolution. Once the contact person from your office calls the Service Department to report service problems, our personnel will attempt to walk you through the problem. If unable to resolve the issue we will dispatch the appropriate service technician. Please note that telecommunications carrier problems will be referred to the responsible vendor. As needed, CSD personnel will perform telecommunication coordination with other vendors. Additionally, Customer Support Department will monitor all problems, report problem status to the appropriate personnel and, if needed, escalate problems until resolution.
